What are the eligibility criteria to be a IAS or PCS?
Hi my name is RahulNagar , i am handicapped 55% and garduate from ch charan sing university.and age is 37.\nPls suggest can i try in any course of IAS or PCS in any state.\nthansk and regards

first pls send ur cast and for sc and st candiates with handicapped they are eligible for ias exam up to 40years k

being you are of 37 yrs U can't try for IAS/PCS

for Indian Civil Services maximum relaxation can be 5 years hence you are not eligible
