You can become pilot by two methods. First, join Indian Air Force through either NDA after 12th or through Combined Defense Services (CDS) exam after graduation in science stream. IAF allows women to fly Helicopters and transport aircraft.

Hi,
If you mean commercial pilot then please remember training in commercial flying can be taken with Flying clubs, the Rashtriya Udan Academy, Private Flying academies.
The training goes through 3 stages of licence.
The licences have to be procured in the following order:
