What are the eligibility criteria to get job in IT company?

What is the minimum eligibility criteria to get a job in any of the IT Companies after BSc-IT and that too not during campus placements?[My 10th board percentage is:75%, 12th board is:55%, FYBsc-IT Aggregate is:51% and SYBSc-IT Aggregate is:55% ].What type of jobs i may get?What more I can do??
