What are the eligibility criteria to get jobs in MNC?
Em a MBA HR fresher from Anna University,Chennai. I want to know should i go for HR openings from neverheard concern or should i wait for the big ones... if not till then wat should i do

big companies hires an experienced person so it iwould be better 2 get experience instead of wasting ur time in waiting.

you should go with the offers which you are getting,don't waste time, because there are very few recruitment in big companies so just give a start to your carrier,perform there and move
