What are the eligibility criteria to pursue MS from Stanford university?

i am planning to give my gre in aug. i am in my final year of electronics engg. from mumbai university.an aggregate 70 percent with no failures. have won in several national level technical contests. 3 research papers published in journals.with a good score,can i get in stanford,caltech etc.?

With regards to the information given by you, you have a decent chance of making it through stanford. There is one concern in your profile i.e. your 70%. You would be competing with applicants from around the world with percentages like 80-85. However, you can cover up your percentage by scoring 120
