What are the eligibility criteria to pursue MS from UK and US?

Hii.. i have got 72% in 10th, 52% in12th and 66% in T.Y.BSc-IT with this percentage am i eligible to do masters of science in IT i.e.(MS-IT) from USA or UK please tell me YES or NO?\n\nDoes this percentage matters or the marks of the entrance exam matters. pls tell me?

Both the percentage as well as the entrance examination marks matter. If you score exceptionally well in the GRE and TOEFL, the university people will be more than impressed. dear kunalpal for pursuing ms degree from usa u need to qualify gre end the eligibility for the exam is just graduation this percentage won't matter
