What are the eligibility criteria to pursue MS from universities in US?
hi, im pursuing btech(it) and want to do MS. my relatives said, before doing MS, after completing btech work for 1year, so that i will get good universities for average gre score also.i am confused whether to work and go usa or directly do MS and search for jobs.which is better?

If you are planning to work for 1 year, then you can opt for a Part Time masters course here in India itself. But if you are planning to pursue your masters abroad, then working for just 1 year would be like wasting 1 year. It would recommended to apply abroad directly after graduating.

Hi KKK87, i want to give u a suggestion after Btech it is better to have 1 yr Job experience , then go for MS becoz u will learn some practical application of knowledge u gained during BTech and while working u can decide which field in ur work attracts u most then do MS in same field. Good luck

You should go through IIT's Part Time MS course,that will benefical for you.There is very good opportunity with out gate score.
