What are the eligibility criteria to pursue MS in USA?

Hi, I have completed BCA in 2003 and have 5 years of work exp now i want to pursue MS in USA my doubt is actually 16yrs of formal education is considered, some one said that 15 yrs of edu is enough plz clarify my doubt and what r my visa chances, because i have long gap after BCA n have work exp.

The long gap in your BCA and work experience is not the concern. The concern is your 3 years undergraduate degree. You have heard right that USA requires 4 years of undergrad education. There are a few universities that accept a 15 year degree but those universities would not be very well known glob
