What are the eligibility criteria to pursue Post graduation in Medical from Singapore? Which universities to apply and how to apply?

I have completed Medicine from Zaporozhye State Medical University, Ukraine. But this university is not registered in SMC. I have passed FMGE exam in India and got registered in Indian Medical Council but I want to do my post graduation in Singapore.
