<p dir="ltr">The eligibility criteria for admission to the MBBS programme at JIPMER are as follows:</p><ul><li dir="ltr">Students must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent exam from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.</li><li dir="ltr">Must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (45% for SC/ST/OBC/OPH candidates).</li><li dir="ltr">Must be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admission year.</li></ul><p dir="ltr">Admission to MBBS at JIPMER is mainly based on the marks obtained in NEET UG by the candidates. Based on the All-India NEET UG Scores, seat allocation is done through MCC NEET UG Counselling.</p>
