MBA has got nothing to do with in which stream you are doing your graduations. The major or rather important criteria is how much %age / marks you are scoring in your graduation and also in the competitive exam for the MBA entrance.

Hi Gayathri.
You need to write an entrance exam for MBA. If you get good marks in the final and entrance exam you will be able to get into the best colleges who are teaching MBA(IT).
All the best.
