What are the eligibility requirements for sliding round of IPU?

I have scored 2578 in the entrance for BBA LLB and want to know about my chances of getting admission in VIPS.

It's just like other rounds in IPU, the only reason to include this after 3rd round is to give some seats to deserving students rather than selling (yes it is completely senseless) them in spot round.
