Yes, GIBS Business School, Bangalore accepts scores of quite a few national-level entrance tests for admission to its PGDM program. Candidates can apply on the basis of valid scores in the CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, or GMAT, because these tests are recognised by GIBS for shortlisting applicants. The selection process in GIBS is holistic and not just restricted to the scores of an entrance exam; it takes into account the candidate's overall academic record, extracurricular activities, and performance in GD and PI rounds. This ensures the selection of students with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Work experience is not a necessity for entrance into the PGDM or MBA course here at GIBS, though it is considered and offers an advantage in a significant manner.
As per the selection criteria of GIBS, due weightage is provided to the applicants with work experience.
Work experience during admission evaluation contributes 10% to the overall score.
Most of the fresh graduates (without work experience) get admitted, for instance, approximately 76% of the recent PGDM batch consisted of freshers.
So, although prior experience helps, freshers are fully eligible to apply.
