To apply for a PR in Netherlands, international students must satisfy the eligibility requirements listed below:
- Possess a valid passport
- A character certificate & health certificate, with no serious health issues
- Clear the Tuberculosis (TB) testing (mandatory on arrival in Netherlands)
- Inidividuals older than 12 years of age, must submit the Appendix Antecedents Certificate (form 7601)
- Submit an PR application via the DigiD app or website
