If the applicant has completed 30 transferable credit hours at an institution with US accreditation.
As proof of English proficiency, students can also submit the official transcript and certificate of ELS English for academic purposes program level 112.
If the students who completed any CEA accredited English program or equivalent can submit them as English proficiency.
