WSU only considers scores for IELTS Academic, TOEFL and PTE. This includes 6.5 for IELTS with a minimum of 6.0 in each band, 82 for TOEFL iBT (Writing 21, Speaking 18, Reading 13, Listening 13) and 58 for PTE Academic. There might be a few exceptions however so check the programme specific requirem
