Proof of English language proficiency must be submitted by international applicants whose first language is not English. Test and minimum scores accepted by Mery College are as follows-

Mercy College accepts several English proficiency exams for international students to test their language skills. The following are some accepted exams:
Test of English as a Foreign Language
A minimum score of 80 in the iBT.
IELTS-International English Language Testing System
A minimum overall band score of 6.5.
Duolingo English Test
A minimum score of 105. The four skills of language-oral-writingspeaking, reading, listening, and writing-are tested. Such requirements may be waived by Mercy College to students who have wholly finished their education in English medium institutions or other specific conditions.
