Arka Jain University accepts the scores of various National-level entrance exams to admit students to its MBA programme. These exam include CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT and CUET PG. In case the candidates do not have a valid exam score in the aforementioned exams, they can still apply for admission to the university's MBA programme. Such candidates will have to appear for the AJUCET conducted by the university.

The final selection of MBA students is based on the scores obtained in CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ AJU CET exams.
