    KLE Technological University considers national or state-level entrance exams for admission to UG and PG courses. Candidates have to qualify any of the accepted exams for admission to the preferred course. The university conducts an entrance test for PhD programmes.     Admission to all the programs offered at the University is entrance-based. Admission to Bachelor of Engineering program is based on KCET/ COMEDK UGET/ JEE Main exam, Bachelor of Architecture admission is based on NATA exam. The qualifying exams for admission to Master of Engineering is Karnataka PGCET/ GATE. Candidate must clear Karnataka PGCET exam for admission to Master of Computer of Application.
