Entry level profiles are 18-24 months Management Trainees Programme after which you become a Manager in a department the programme you completed for, or else there are various supervisory training programmes of 1-year that lead you to executive level or supervisor and if you could not get that then you can start as an associate. Also, an HM graduate can join in tourism and travel and other facility management services which offer nice packages.
