Applicants from other fields of Engineering with a proven record of work experience in these areas may also apply</li></ul><p><strong>English language requirements</strong></p><p>The applicants can demonstrate their English language proficiency for admission to ESIGELEC by choosing any one of the following ways:</p><ul><li>Successfully completing two or more consecutive full years at a recognised secondary or post-secondary institute, where English is the primary language of instruction and communication. Also, the medium of instruction of the applicant&rsquo;s bachelor&rsquo;s degree must also be in English</li></ul><p><strong>OR</strong></p><ul><li><a href="https://www.shiksha.com/studyabroad/exams/ielts/results-and-scores">IELTS</a> with minimum 6 overall score or equivalent</li></ul>
