    To be eligble for the BTech programme at Manipal Jaipur the candidates need Class 12 pass with 60% aggregate or equivalent in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects while Chemistry/Computers Science/ Biotechnology/Biology/Statistics/ Engineering Drawing as optional subjects. For the lateral entry BTech programme offered by Manipal University Jaipur the aspiring candidates need a pass in three-year Diploma programme with 50% aggregate in relevant field of Engineering/BSc (PCM).

    Candidates who wish to apply BTech at Manipal University, Jaipur must clear their Class 12 board exams from a recognised board. The candidate must also have English, Mathematics and Chemistry as mandatory subjects in their Class 12. Candidates must along with any one of the following as optional subjects in Class 12: 

    • Chemistry
    • Computer Science
    • Biotechnology
    • Biology
    • Statistics
    • Engineering Drawing

    Candidates also need a score of minimum 50% marks combined in Physics and Mathematics and the optional subject.

    The candidate must have passed 10+2 or A Level or IB or American 12th grade or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics and English as Compulsory subjects, along with any one of Chemistry or Computer Science or Biotechnology or Biology or Statistics or Engineering Drawing as optional subject for admission to BTech at Manipal Jaipur, Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) accepts CUET score for admission.

Admissions at Manipal University Jaipur depends on both merit (Class 10 and 12 board exam scores) and entrance exam scores. The entrance exams required for selection include JEE Main/ MET/ GATE/ CAT / MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ GMAT, etc. Students only have to appear for one entrance exam depending on their preferred course. Also, Foreign/NRI students will have admissions depend on Class 10 and 12 or equivalent exam scores.

Students should note that as the admissions depend on entrance exam scores or merit (Class 10 and 12 boards) the release of application forms should coincide with these two processes and check accordingly.
