What are the extracurricular activities and clubs available at Coimbatore Institute of Management and Technology (CIMAT)?

<p>Coimbatore Institute of Management and Technology has many different extracurricular activities and clubs for students that serve to keep them engrossed. Some of the ones I come across include cultural events and festivals, in addition to sports like cricket, basketball, and volleyball. The Extra Curricular Activities Committee also gives the scope for student interactions, such as Fresher's Day and Annual Day, where a student is provided with the opportunity to work in groups and develop his competencies. There are also arts, music, and debate clubs; these promote creativity and leadership skills. Supporting activities are further supplemented with sports complex and an auditorium toward attaining a balance in education.</p>
