<p>The Institute of Business Management and Rural Development hosts several extracurricular activities and clubs that are meant to develop the individual holistically. Some of such clubs include management clubs, cultural societies, and sporting teams. These help the students be creative and develop leadership skills in addition to developing teamwork. There are other projects that are real-world activities where students engage, while others engage in debates, workshops, and conferences for better skill enhancement in critical thinking and communication. IMBRD also supports cultural activities, sport competitions, and service initiatives in the community.
