The college has its own coaching and placement unit which helps students to get placements and almost all students get placements as a part of it. Lady Hardinge Medical College is affiliated with several hospitals, providing students with practical exposure and work opportunities. The college has good infrastructure including a Wi-Fi campus, computer lab, library, fitness center, gym, and auditorium. The university also offers scholarships to deserving students.
