    A WBCS officer works as a state government employee in West Bengal. The facilities provided to WBCS officers are determined by their rank. Generally, the following facilities are provided to a WBCS officer:
    1. Salary: The WBCS officers get a salary of around Rs. 56,100 as Group A and B officers at the entry level. The minimum grade pay fixed for WBCS officers at any post is Rs. 4,400.
