What are the fee refunding norms as per AICTE?
is there any aicte norms that if a student quits from inst then total fee wil b refunded?plz help bcz my inst is not refunding fee they want aicte norms copy n also only 16 students hv taken admission n 14 students r attending class.plz its abt my future plz

sir,i wnt to knw abt d rfnd norms for AICTE approved colg wn institute hv nt intimated any norms for refund and date upto wn advnc paid money can be refunded on withdrawn of provisional admsn and wnt is diffrnc btwn admsn and provisional admsn

AICTE doesn't define norms for fee return. The respective university defines norm for the same
Usually fee is refunded before having any 1st exam. Before than fee is deducted from 5 % to 50 %
