Usually, if you have pursued your B.Tech from a good college you will be campus placed or you can check the company portals and apply for jobs as BTechs are getting good packages from MNCs these days. If you want to enter academics then go for M.Tech and then Ph.D. If you could not get a good job after college, then you can always go for higher education and increase your chances of a job.
