    There's one thing I can absolutely say about mechanical engineering after practicing for almost 10 years now and getting licensed as a PE. It's needed now more than ever, and especially those that can build and work with their hands. It's true everything has a computer on it these days, but it really is becoming a lost art to understand how to take ideas and turn them into real objects that solve problems and that's exactly what MS can do.
    Things like working with sheet metal, how to design parts for injection molding, what type of welding will be adequate for an assembly. It doesn't mean that you can ignore coding and electronics, the
