After the JEECUP 2025 seat allotment, the selected candidates will be able to freeze or float their allotment. If the candidates are satisfied with their allotment, then they can confirm their admission by selecting the freeze option. By selecting the freeze option, the candidates can confirm their admission and withdrawed from the further rounds of counselling. However, if the candidates were not satisfied with their allotment, then they can choose the float option and participate in the next round of counselling for a chance of admission in their preferred college or course. The float candidates have to pay INR 3000 as a security fee
