miss suchitra see basically call centres BPO kPO,marketing hr etc deapartments give preference to fresher graduates than postgraduates bcoz fresher graduates work with less salary .suppose if you doing marketing for 1 company with less salry so why company ll recruit post graduates.examlpe : see in

Suchithra, these are Training based compensation jobs available in the market for the Freshers in their field. The freshers are trained in their relevant fields and they may/may not get stipend for it. They are made to work on small real time projects to generate profits for the company.
