Hi Nischay,
After MCA, you can pursue for job in the area you want. If you want to sharpen your skill first, there are many courses available out there. Some of them are:
1) Programming (Java, .Net, Php, Html)
2) Database management system.
3) Software Testing
4) Designing (photoshop, dreamweaver
