What are the further options available for me?
I have scored only 46% in 12th and currently I am pursuing final year B.Sc. i am weak in science.

Best way will be to change your stream. If you are not enjoying your subjects, it is better to change and do whatever you enjoy more. Example.can choose for BCom / BBA and may also have a course in IT applications.
