What are the further study options after completing B.Arch?

After completing B.Arch you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Arch etc)
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for further studies.
