What are the further study options available for IEDC student?

I am asking this question for my brother he was completed plus two in humanities in the Kerala higher secondary board under the special scheme of the learning disable student IEDC (Integrated Education for Disabled Children Scheme) of the government.

Sijo you can make your brother go for higher education through distance mode from some good university. In this way he can be at home and study as well as can be taken care of properly. We have many good universities like IGNOU, LPUDE, SCDL, SMUDE etc that are offering courses through distance mode
