Hi,
After completing B.Tech in ECE you may consider pursuing MS degree in:
- Embedded Systems.
- Telecommunication engineering.
- VLSI.
- Computer science.
- IT.
- Software Engineering and related course.

Post your BTECH you can apply for several specialised courses in Computer Sciences (MIS, Networking, cyber security, etc) or Electronics (Embedded System, Mechatronics etc). Do share you educational background in greater detail so that I can help you with the most appropriate option. Happy
