What are the general cutoff fee for MMS course? Is there any difference in teaching methodology and placement b/w PGDM and MMS?

The cutoff is as per the CAP rounds of Mumbai university.
The fees for the MMS course is around 4lakh and the fees for PGDM is 8lakh . The placement opportunity is the same for PG and MMS
PG has more of visiting faculty though
