The HWR Campus in Berlin is not known to have an Indian Student Association or ISA. However, students can find Indian student groups and communities via online channels.

There are many Indian Students' Associations in Berlin that can be found on Facebook. These are worth joining as it allows students to grow their network. These are specially important for first-year students with no prior experience and no relatives or friends in the country.

Indian food is not known to be available on campus at the Berlin School of Economics and Law. The school does operates some canteens and cafes at its Lichtenberg and Schoneberg campuses.

These usually serve coffees, desserts, and the traditional breakfasts. For Indian food, students may have to look off-campus.

Yes, a health insurance is mandatory for Indian students planning to study in Germany. The health insurance helps cover for doctor visits, emergency care, and hospital treatments. A public health insurance is usually more affordable. A public healthcare plan costs between EUR 120 and EUR 150 or INR 12.6 K and INR 15.7 K per month. Private healthcare in Germany can cost between EUR 190 and EUR 275 or INR 20 K and INR 28.9 K per month.

No, the school does not usually ask for an application fee from domestic or international students. Students are required to pay a semester fees, instead. The semester fee is paid after a student receives the admission offer.

It is a basic administrative charge of around EUR 363 or INR 38 K for full-time students. For part-time students, the same is EUR 153 or INR 16.1 K
