What are the globally recognized universities to pursue MBA(HR & IT) under distance education mode? How about from IICT Lucknow?

I'm a B.Sc. Degree holder with 18 years of Administrative experience. I can only be able to study in distance mode. I'm interested to complete MBA(HR & IT) or MBA(PLANNING & EVENT MANAGEMENT). I seek your help to select the best University to do the same. Please help with all the options and fees.

I learn that MBA is the acronym for Masters Diploma at IICT Lucknow.
