What are the goverment engineering colleges in india that provide lateral entry in Electronics and Communication ?
I have completed my diploma in engg with 7.5 GPA and wud like to do my degree in a govt. sponsored college . can i study in any other state or i sud b a resident of that state to apply for a govt. college ?

Almost all Government Engineering Colleges in our country offer lateral entry admissions to second year of a B Tech/BE programme for 3 year polytechnic diploma holders in engineering through state level lateral entry admission tests.

One requires to qualify LEET as conducted by the technical education board of the state. Lateral Entry Entrance Tests are conducted on state level. But some colleges and Univerities too conduct Lateral Entry Tests. You will get direct admission to 2nd year of B.Tech if you clear the exa
