    Well, there are many government opportunities for MBA graduate as well but the thing is many of us are not aware. So let us discuss some of them:-
    1-Public sector undertaking Company like- ONGC, BHEL, NTPC, GAIL, BEL, SAIL, etc. are regularly employing MBA graduate through various entry test.
    2-UPSC cadre for postgraduate cadre in various departments as group A gazetted officer.
    3- Armed forces as postgraduate cadre officer in Education, Logistics, account, etc.
    4- Central govt ministry in various roles for various roles.
    5-Government company recruit MBA from various background for different roles as per experience.

    After completion of your Masters in business administration ( MBA) degree, you can get government job opportunities in each and every sector.
    If you completed your MBA in finance then you can get a job in banks like State Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Bank of India, etc. But there would be an exam that you have to face like aptitude questions for filtering students and then after that, a personal interview would be held to select suitable candidates.

    If you want to join government sector after getting an MBA degree, there are opportunities in:
    Banking sectors
    Public Sector
    Business enterprises
    You can also apply for the job of a teacher in various government-run MBA colleges.
    If you do MBA in finance and marketing, you can join also the aviation administration and the cargo management.
    You can work as a management trainee in Navratnas like SAIL (Steel authorities of India Ltd.), NTPC (National Thermal Power Corporation) and BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.) after MBA.

    Here's a detailed description of all these fields for better understanding. Civil services: It is the most sought after job, for any young man in India. SSC: The craze of SSC CGL is increasing day by day, more because of good salary package and not so hectic working conditions. Banks: IIM Grads even opt for RBI- Grade B exams and specialised posts in various government banks. PSUs: PSUs like ONGC, BEL NTPC etc. Make recruitment for specialised posts, but not on regular basis. One has to be very prompt about the timings of the vacancies.     There are lot of employment opportunities for students who have done Master of business administration. The MBA course is both helpful for government and non-government jobs. Some of the jobs which MBA students can apply after completion of their MBA are as follows:

    MBA is an all-purpose degree which provides a choice to graduates to choose his career options based on his interest, strength in management functional area and personality traits.     Opportunities are always there if you are willing to choose.
    Govt. Jobs have been in great demand due to handsome salaries and not so hectic work schedule.
    After MBA, one can go for civil services, SSC-CGL exams, RBI Grade - B exams.
    PSU's like ONGC, NTPC often offer jobs on specialized jobs (though not on regular basis).
    One can choose any of these.
