Hello, B.Ed can fetch a person job in a school. Be it govt. or private. Private schools may employ an untrained person on some pretext or other but Govt Schools will employ a person only and only if having minimum qualifications prescribed for that post. There are entrance exams like CTET and others which are required to qualify for jobs at certain central schools.
