    CAD only will not be justified until you complete any Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant field. On the basis of CAD, it will be tough to get a government job. There are jobs available as draftsman but not all the organizations appoint draftsman. Many students related to the engineering branches begin their career as draftsman/furniture designer / interior designer may also begin their career as fashion designer with architectures. So, you may get job as draftsman in government sector such as ONGC and BSNL. I would personally recommend you to go for a regular degree course (Bachelors/Masters) along with CAD to get better government
