Yes, it's right that candidates who have equal to or more than 40% visual disability are not eligible in NEET UG exam. It is not just confined to visual disability only but also to other disabilities and that too approved disabilities. All Medical Colleges across the world follow certain MCI guidelines when it comes to admissions. And every student who needs to avail the PWD quota has to get himself/herself assessed at the Disability Assessment Centres.
