What are the hostel restrictions for boys in LPU?

<p>The management of each hostel has established its own set of rules and regulations, which all guests must follow to remain there. Without authorization from the authorities, students are not permitted to enter any other hostel. To ensure that every movement is tracked, LPU features boom barriers for cars and turnstile gates at key entry/exit locations. As required, boys are permitted to leave campus, but they must return and check in at the hostel by 8:00 p.m.Boys students will be granted special permission to go out on the town with the written consent of their parents and the warden. Publicly offensive behaviour is strictly prohibited at the university, and those who engage in it face harsh consequences. Even though the hostellers are subject to numerous regulations, trust me when I say that in the end, you will realize that they are essential for your overall security and safety.</p><p>1. Applying for outing leave is necessary if you wish to spend the evening or night with your pals outside campus.</p><p>2. If you are taking a few-day trip or returning home, you must request leave.</p><p>3. Don't forget that your identity card is the only way to enter and exit the hostels.</p><p>4. Despite being free, there are restrictions on how much time can be spent online, and illicit content viewing is prohibited. Although it may seem strange, they are watching you, and if they catch you, your internet access will be blocked.</p><p>5. Since the hostel is biometric, you must always have your ID card on you when you wish to enter or exit.</p>

Well, the boys have to be back before 7 and for night outs they need permission and the parents are also informed. There is no compromise when it comes to the security of the students. There is round-the-clock vigil through security cameras and there is a huge army of security personnel deployed all over the university. Apart from that hostel is a comfortable and safe place to live. LPU has a hostel from 1 seater to 6 Seater including the AC and Non AC. To maintain cleanliness, rooms are cleaned about 23 times per week. The room has an Air Conditioner, attached washroom, and Geyser in each room. Wooden Box B.Ed Study Table, Chair and Almirah. Students have to seek permission to use electrical gadgets having maximum load upto 5 ampere per apartment. One and two Seater apartments have attached lobby and kitchenette. There is an electricity backup and water supply. In addition to it, staff assistance and medical service (Medicines and tests On Payment). Study Room, TV Room, Lift Facility, Fire Fighting System, Purified Water Facility, Maintenance Services, Wi-Fi Service, Free Electricity Units (As Applicable). There is 24 Hrs. Electricity backup Water Supply, and services available. There are mess services, laundry services, dedicated parking, departmental store, cafeteria, saloon for boys, printing and copier machines, shops in all hostels, Guest Rooms, Car Wash Facility, Shopping Mall and Tuck Shops. From ala care to regional mess, the LPU hostel has all. It has North Indian, South Indian, Rajasthan and many other regional messes. A student can choose the food as per his or her taste. The quality of food is good. Parathas, Butter, Curd, Milk, Tea is served at breakfast. In lunch Dry Vegetables, Dal, any Gravy item, Rice, Chapati and Raita are served. The dinner Chapati, Seasonal Vegetables, Rice and Desserts.

Irrespective of the gender, the university has zero tolerance to ragging, alcohol, smoking, drugs and disciplinary misconduct. There is a huge army of security personnel who guard the campus including hostels and more than 4000 cameras that keep round the clock vigil. There is a bio metric system inside the hostel where every student needs to mark his attendance. If the student is outside the hostel even the parents would come to know about it. The parents have access to the activities of their children through UMS. The girls need to be inside the hostel by 6.00 however, for boys the hours are lenient. If a student has to go out he needs to take permission and the parents are intimated by their children's move. That is why it is said that LPU hostel is among the safest. But when it comes to facilities, the LPU hostel is the best. There are apartments, AC, air cooled and dormitories for the students. The mess food is of very good quality. The hostel has North Indian, South Indian, Rajasthan and many other Regional messes. A student can choose the food as per his or her taste. The quality of food is good. Parathas, Butter, Curd, Milk, Tea is served at breakfast. In lunch Dry Vegetables, Dal, any Gravy item, Rice, Chapati and Raita are served. The dinner Chapati, Seasonal Vegetables, Rice and Desserts. If someone has a problem in connection with the residential facilities room, one can lodge a complaint. The hostel management looks into the matter and resolves it at the earliest. Apart from that there is 24 Hrs. Electricity backup, 24 Hrs. Water Supply, 24 Hrs. Medical Service (Medicines and tests on Payment), 24 Hrs. In one word I can say Lovely Professional University campus is the most &quot;Safe &amp; Secured&quot; for both Boys &amp; Girls. Student will definitely fully enjoy &amp; lead their academic life in most Controlled environment. Below are some of the rules for the Boys Hostel @ LPU, 1) 0% Ragging, 0% tolerance to any illegal substances like alcohol, drugs etc. Strict actioned used to be taken against the defaulters in case non-adherence of such rules. 2) Students are not allowed to enter any other Hostel without permission of the authority.
