What are the illegibility to study abroad for higher studies,percentage required from HSC to M.Sc. to study MS IN ENVIRONMEN SC. OR PHD

I have no work experience.i passed my HSC in 98 with 50% and intermediate biology stream with 49% in 2000 from up board,B,Sc with 50% zoology and anthropoloy from university of allahabad in 2004,after that i did D.C.A from DOACE with 78% in 2005,then i go for M.Sc EVS. SC. in 2007,
