  • TNEA counseling is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Tamil Nadu. The counseling is conducted for admission to every college in Tamil Nadu, not only for Selvam Educational Institutions. The ranks are given based on scores obtained in previous exam and not on any special exam. Find below all the important dates:

    The registration process for TNEA in 2025 began on May 7 and will close on June 6. By June 9, 2025, applicants have to submit their documents. A list of ranks will be released on June 27, 2025. Details about the following counseling sessions will appear on the official TNEA website.

The required documents during the B.E. / B.Tech application process at Selvam Educational Institutions include:-

1. Class 10 & 12 Marksheets

2. Allotment letter for TNEA Counseling. 

3. Proof of Identity:- A government-issued ID as an Aadhar card, voter ID, or passport.

4. Caste Certificate (if applicable): A Valid caste certificate application for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) has to be provided. 

5. Domicile Certificate.

6. Passport size Pictures:- Generally, 2-4 recent passport-sized images are needed to fulfill the application form.
