At the time of filling out the application form for BDes course at IIITDM Jabalpur, candidates are required to submit various documents. The list of the required documents are mentioned below:
- Class 10 and 12 mark sheet (class 12 admit card in case appearing for the exam)
- Scanned image of photo and signature
- Credit/debit card or Internet banking details for application fee payment
- Category certificate (for EWS, SC/ST/PWD candidates)
