What are the important topics to study in PCM of 12th?

There are certain things you are always expected to know in class 12th. Those are the minimum standards.
Physics - First 4 chapters of your NCERT book, Light and EM as waves and particles each
Chemistry - Almost all are important with changing focus but Organic and Inorganic are scoring.
Maths - Calculus shall always save you and is scoring.
These are the least one must know well. There is nothing like what is important. Knowledge is never segregated or aggregated. Everything has its own importance. So, keep a basic idea of everything but never underestimate above topics. -

There is a little ambiguity in your question if you are asking about the topics need to study in class 12th PCM for your board exams. You can visit the syllabus sheet, but in case of nationwide exams, you can't even predict the questions which are Likely to be asked. So, my suggestion is to give your best -

Vimal is absolutely correct you have to study everything in the syllabus. You can also refer to 10 years question bank and you will find some common questions being frequently repeated. Stress on those questions and study hard.

There is no specific topic which are important. Every topic on the syllabus are important. We can't predict the question that are asked. Study everything on the syllabus. All the best.
