    Yeah, for perfusionist there is mainly only one job but increasing rate of successes in medicine and more of surgeries being performed for heart-lung cases, the perfusionist is required in government and private hospitals alike. You can always have a call for extra assistance in private hospitals as a freelancing service.

    The scope will ever expand as there is a growing confidence in surgery and successful surgery rates every year due to advancement in technology, and this will continually be on the high in years to come. As a perfusion technologist, you can expect to start with INR 150,000 per annum on the average.
